Sun Pristine Maids LLC is a house cleaning company based at 555 N Main St #1030, Providence, RI 02904.
Information you give us
- Booking and quotes. When you book or request a price, we ask for details such as your name, email, phone number, the address to be cleaned, the size of the home, the service and date you want, and any notes or entry instructions.
- Payments. If you pay online, your card details are entered into our booking provider’s secure form and handled by its payment processor. They are not stored on this website.
- Gift cards. If you buy a gift card, we collect your details and the details of the person you are sending it to.
- Contact form. Our contact form asks for your email address, your question and your message.
- Calls, texts, emails and chat. If you contact us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.

- LeadConnector provides our customer messaging tools and helps us see which of our pages and ads bring in enquiries.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us measure visits and which pages are useful.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and page layout problems, so we can make the site easier to use.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact form from spam. It is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms.
- Google Maps shows our location on the homepage.
- Trustindex, Elfsight and TrustAnalytica display our customer reviews and rating badges.
- A live chat widget lets you message us from the website.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects our website.

We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records, to resolve questions or disputes, and to meet legal and tax requirements.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages.
